2. Account Responsibility

When you provision an infrastructure layout or configure client user nodes inside our software networks, you are solely responsible for maintaining account authentication safety. Any malicious injection or unauthorized broadcast via our SMS or WhatsApp API engines will result in instant termination without liability.

3. Commercial Payments & Billing

All tariffs, global server distributions, and SaaS setups are collected via encrypted merchant channels (Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI networks). Staging setups are initiated only after settlement confirmations are dynamically logged into our core server registries.

4. Fair Usage and API Quotas

Clients utilizing our communication frameworks (WhatsApp API, RCS, Bulk SMS) must strictly comply with regional telecommunication regulations and legal guidelines (including DLT norms). Spamming or illegal promotional broadcasts are explicitly banned.

5. Governing Law

Any operational parameters, technical claim arguments, or structural conflicts arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
